• Eligible to operate in Massachusetts
• Ability to process at least 150,000 ADT feeds daily
• Have required insurance coverage
• Have HITRUST CSF certification or be in process of obtaining it
• Fulfill all services onshore within the United States

• Collect ADT data from healthcare providers
• Share ADT data with other certified ENS vendors
• Provide event notifications to healthcare providers
• Process at least 150,000 ADT feeds daily
• Maintain HITRUST CSF certification
• Encrypt ADT data at rest and in transit
• Match patient data with high accuracy
• Generate reports on ADT processing and notifications
• Participate in regular meetings on Statewide ENS Framework
• Comply with privacy and security requirements
