Buyer seeks an entity to assist 20 municipalities in understanding their aging population and developing an Age-Friendly action plan. The selected contractor will educate municipalities, administer surveys, facilitate focus groups, and implement an Age-Friendly Action Plan. The project aims to improve the lives of older adults and create a more livable community for all ages. The contractor will work closely with the Monroe County Office for the Aging to achieve these goals.

• Administer Age-Friendly Survey using AARP guidelines
• Educate municipalities on aging demographics and Age-Friendly policies
• Assist municipalities in identifying Age-Friendly assets and shortcomings
• Help municipalities select at least three Age-Friendly action items/priorities
• Incorporate 'Health Across All Policies' into all aspects of the Action Plan
• Develop and implement outreach strategies and facilitate community focus groups
• Prepare monthly progress reports on Age-Friendly Livable Communities Initiative
• Implement the Action Plan developed by MCOFA and contractors
