The buyer seeks engineering services to complete a planning study for revitalizing the Business Loop 70 corridor between Stadium Boulevard and Eastland Circle. The study will focus on improving safety, multimodal operations, aesthetics, and economic vitality. The project includes community engagement, evaluating conceptual alternatives, analyzing transportation impacts, developing a stormwater master plan, and creating preliminary plans. The study is funded by a Neighborhood Access and Equity grant and must follow MoDOT and FHWA requirements.

• Coordinate with Road Safety Audit project consultant
• Complete study by December 31, 2028
