The buyer seeks proposals for forensic evaluation services for children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults. Services are needed for Police Department case investigations of crimes against children or crimes witnessed by children. The selected consultant will provide forensic evaluations, participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, and provide interview synopses and recordings. Staff must be trained in non-intrusive, legally credible interview techniques for children.

• Provide forensic evaluations at consultant's facility for clients referred by Minneapolis Police
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings before and after forensic evaluations
• Provide interview synopsis and medical reports for law enforcement investigator
• Provide unedited video recording of interview via Box data transfer
• Conduct interviews using non-intrusive, legally credible techniques
• Provide testimony regarding forensic evaluation during court proceedings if required
• Ensure staff have undergone background checks and maintain current licensing
• Conduct interviews on an as-needed basis upon referral from MPD
• Record interviews and provide evaluation synopsis
• Permit additional questions from multi-disciplinary team during interviews
