• System used by 3 government agencies serving populations of 2.5 million each
• Proposer not debarred by any government agency in last 5 years
• No unresolved disallowed costs over $100,000 from County contracts in last 10 years

• Provide existing SaaS solution for AAA program
• Implement data collection, reporting and tracking of AAA services
• Provide subscription services including hosting, data storage, and maintenance
• Migrate consumer data and provide training for end users
• Provide direct access for local data warehouse extractions
• Generate required reports
