Buyer seeks a commercial docketing and patent database software system with associated support services. The system must be on-premises and integrate with DoD authentication. Buyer requires data migration, customer support, training, and optional modules. The contract includes a 12-month base period and options for up to 36 months total.

• 12/30/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/30/2025 - Anticipated Start Date

• Ability to propose an on-premises solution residing on a local server
• System shall provide unique and single sign-on capability using DoD Common Access Card

• Obtain authorizations for on-premises database system operation and access
• Install, implement, configure and test the IP and T2 database system
• Perform data audit, upload legacy data and validate data
• Provide ongoing customer support services
• Deliver user training on the database system
• Implement optional modules as requested
• Support transition of data to a new system at contract end
