• Must be a Community Based Organization with 501(c)(3) status
• Five years experience providing outreach to domestic workers on wage theft
• Five years experience managing projects with community partners
• Three years experience in adult training delivery methods
• Three years experience issuing reports on worker education activities

• Develop outreach implementation plan
• Create educational content for workers on labor laws
• Conduct outreach, education and training
• Provide direct worker assistance and case development
• Identify labor law violations and industry challenges
• Draft program impact assessment report
