• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a primary provider for diploma printing and distribution services

• Customize and print high-quality diplomas meeting SDSU standards
• Distribute diplomas physically and electronically in a timely manner
• Provide diploma management software for order processing and document retention
• Offer online self-serve diploma ordering for graduates
• Process payments through online ordering system
• Provide signed and certified high-resolution color electronic diplomas
• Maintain signature and seal libraries for historical diplomas
• Offer overnight shipping option for domestic and international orders
• Provide Intelligent Mail Barcode tracking for mailed diplomas
• Supply paper stock to university for in-house diploma printing
