Buyer seeks qualified organizations to implement opioid epidemic response strategies in Becker County. The project focuses on prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction. Buyer aims to fund high-impact projects targeting communities most affected by the opioid crisis. The service area includes all of Becker County, including the White Earth Reservation. Selected organizations will implement projects, report outcomes, and present to the Opioid Settlement Advisory Council.

• Implement opioid epidemic response project focusing on prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction
• Complete yearly Project Summary Report detailing use of funds and outcomes
• Present report and outcomes to Becker County Opioid Settlement Advisory Council
• Develop culturally relevant strategies for addressing opioid abatement
• Design high-impact plan to address chosen opioid abatement strategies
• Collaborate with local governments to leverage Opioid Settlement Funds
• Identify and respond to local issues related to opioid crisis
• Target communities disproportionately impacted by opioid crisis
• Provide services across all territories of Becker County, including White Earth Reservation
• Demonstrate financial responsibility and capacity to meet funding requirements
