Buyer seeks to designate ten Centers for Advanced Technology to spur technology-based applied research and economic growth in New York. The centers will encourage applied research collaboration with industry, promote workforce development, leverage state funds, and increase competitiveness of New York companies. Buyer anticipates funding up to $903,954 annually per center for a ten-year designation period. Centers will focus on collaborative research, industry education, and developing referral networks in specific technology areas.
