The service will allow customers to make payments over the phone 24/7 via credit card or bank account. Buyer requires daily reporting, real-time payment checking, and technical support. The contract will be for two years with three one-year extension options. Buyer currently processes approximately 2,700 payments per month through this service.

  • Deliver daily summary and detail reporting for payments
  • Provide daily electronic payment file in custom format via FTP
  • Enable real-time payment checking via web interface for District staff
  • Offer daily technical support for District staff
  • Provide customer use statistics for Pay-By-Phone service
  • Maintain and update equipment, software, database and internet site
  • Adhere to State and Federal Privacy Regulations and Banking Regulations
  • Comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)
