- Demonstrated success in providing requested IT services
- Provide project consulting services
- Conduct program/project management
- Perform planning including requirements specifications
- Design IT systems and solutions
- Implement configurations, integrations, installations, and testing
- Provide system commissioning and training
- Offer support, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Develop project management plans
- Manage project resources and schedules
- Identify and resolve project issues
