The buyer seeks engineering services for drainage improvements along Bayou Verret in Donaldsonville. The project aims to combat flooding and reduce structural damage risk. Services include surveying, hydraulic analysis, environmental assessment, design, and construction inspection. The work is funded by the Disaster Recovery CDBG-MIT Program and must meet federal CDBG and OCD requirements.

• Prime consultant must be able to perform at least 50% of expected scope of services
• At least one principal of prime consultant registered as professional engineer in Louisiana
• Professional engineer with 10 years experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Professional land surveyor with 5 years experience
• Professional engineer with 5 years experience in civil, geotechnical and structural design

• Perform topographic survey including field survey of existing property boundaries
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analysis of existing and proposed conditions
• Perform benefit cost analysis including benefits before and after mitigation
• Evaluate environmental impacts and provide NEPA environmental assessments
• Prepare 100% sealed plans, specifications, and bid package
• Provide bidding services through Parish Purchasing Department
• Review and approve submittals with the owner
• Provide construction inspection services during construction
