The buyer is seeking a contractor to provide Resident Minimum Data Set (MDS) Management services for the Kansas Soldiers' Home. The services include MDS completion, care planning, case-mix management, daily resident reviews, audits, and education. The contractor will work with the facility team to ensure timely and accurate MDS processes, PDPM management, and quality measure improvements.

• Conduct daily resident and chart reviews
• Provide education on MDS/CAA processes

• Assist with survey preparation for MDS
• Answer Medicare hotline questions
• Manage QIES ASAP reports
• Review and manage ICD-10 coding for admissions
