• Implement a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution for automated licensing system
• Provide license issuance for recreational hunting, trapping, and fishing
• Manage related catalogue sales items
• Operate a License Call Center and Help Desk
• Conduct outreach and marketing for retention and recruitment of license holders
• Ensure system is operational by June 1, 2026
• Provide full-functionality licensing system to all License Issuing Agents
• Maintain cost-effective system operation
• Implement business and technical Service Level Agreements
• Facilitate seamless transition to new system for all stakeholders
