The contractor will provide managed services, guidance on best practices, and assist with configuring and securing the Office 365 tenant. The scope includes training SCDJJ staff, setting up reporting tools, and providing monthly progress reports. The contractor will also notify the buyer of upcoming changes in Office 365 and their potential impacts.
