- Capture information from stakeholders about current and unmet needs
- Review current ERP configuration and processes compared to industry best practices
- Provide recommended options for potential ERP system changes
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment with recommended options
- Present recommended approach and options to Commissioners Court
- Support subsequent efforts to implement approved approach if selected
