The buyer seeks to contract with up to three Design Professional firms to provide architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis. The selected firms will be awarded indefinite quantity contracts with a two-year term and a maximum contract value of $300,000. Services include architectural plans, engineering designs, project management, and coordination with the Office of School Facilities. The buyer requires firms with extensive K-12 facility experience in South Carolina.

• 1/10/2025 - Intent to Award Issued

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Office of School Facilities (OSF)
• Experience with K-12 facility new construction and renovations in South Carolina
• Ability to provide all basic engineering disciplines in-house or through subcontractors

• Provide architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis
• Develop architectural plans and specifications
• Create structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil/site plans
• Perform landscape design
• Coordinate with Office of School Facilities (OSF)
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Assist with bidding and contract administration
• Conduct site investigations and obtain necessary approvals
• Prepare construction documents and cost estimates
• Provide project closeout and warranty administration
