Buyer seeks to develop a Smart Growth Implementation Toolkit and conduct a Technical Assistance Program. The project aims to identify Smart Growth measures, quantify GHG emissions reductions, and create user-friendly tools for communities. Buyer will select pilot communities to test the toolkit and develop Smart Growth Action Plans. The project supports implementing Smart Growth practices while reducing GHG emissions across New York State.
