• Conduct needs assessment and gap analysis on reducing loneliness and increasing social engagement
• Facilitate project advisory committee of public, non-profit, and community stakeholders
• Develop plan to increase access to health, wellness, and social opportunities
• Plan community campaign to raise awareness of engagement opportunities
• Develop outcome measures and evaluation plan aligned with Measure K requirements
