The buyer seeks a contractor to manage and deliver statewide Parent Partner supports for families involved with child protective services. The contractor will provide ongoing management of the Iowa Parent Partner Approach, recruit and train Parent Partners, coordinate committees, implement father engagement initiatives, and report on program outcomes. Services must be provided in all 99 Iowa counties. The contract will have an initial 2-year term with potential for 4 additional 1-year extensions.

• 11/22/2024 - Bidders' Conference
• 1/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 4/30/2025 - Contract Negotiations and Execution Completed
• 7/1/2025 - Anticipated Start Date for Services

• Provide services in all 99 Iowa counties
• Accredited by Council on Accreditation, Joint Commission, or CARF

• Manage and deliver statewide Parent Partner supports for families involved with child protective services
• Provide delivery and ongoing management of the Iowa Parent Partner Approach
• Assist in establishing Parent Partners on various committees
• Present HHS/community training throughout the state
• Recruit, train and support Parent Partners to mentor families
• Coordinate steering committees and advisory groups
• Implement father engagement initiatives like Caring Dads program
• Provide flexible funding to meet specific family needs
• Serve as purveyor of Iowa Parent Partner Approach for other states/organizations
• Collect data and report on program outcomes
