Buyer requires a solution that has been implemented within the past 5 years and operational for at least 3 years in a US government agency.

• Provide configurable off-the-shelf IIS solution implemented within past 5 years
• Solution operational for minimum 3 years in US government agency
• Solution currently in production use

• Provide a configurable COTS-SaaS Immunization Information System solution
• Include functionality for electronic reporting of blood lead tests
• Meet detailed business requirements outlined in Appendix I
• Support core data elements listed in Appendix K
• Comply with MaineIT policies and standards
• Provide disaster recovery and backup capabilities
• Conduct annual SSAE-18 SOC 2 Type 2 audit
• Deliver software setup and configuration progress reports
• Submit monthly performance reports
• Provide technical support and system maintenance
