• Perform gap analysis of current systems and processes related to EIA-748 compliance
• Identify solutions to deficiencies and develop final system design
• Provide detailed roadmap for implementation plan
• Assist with executing roadmap to meet EIA-748 Guideline compliance
• Establish EVM policies, processes, and procedures
• Migrate data from current systems to support new solutions
• Oversee implementation and initial cost/schedule reports
• Partner with GTRI to execute training
• Verify EVM policies, procedures, and processes meet EIA-748 compliance
• Prepare GTRI for internal/external surveillance reviews
