Buyer seeks qualified providers to design and facilitate adoption education workshops for prospective and current adoptive families. Services include developing curriculum, conducting monthly workshops, and measuring participant outcomes. Workshops aim to help adoptive parents understand and meet their children's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Buyer may award multiple providers for an initial term of three years with option to extend.

• 12/31/2024 - Deadline for Questions, Comments and Contract Exceptions
• 1/19/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/1/2025 - Anticipated Contract Award Date

• Providing similar services to a similar agency for minimum 5 years within last 7 years
• Registered with System for Award Management (SAM)

• Collaborate with HSA to determine workshop topics and schedule
• Develop curriculum for monthly educational workshops on adoption-related topics
• Facilitate in-person and/or virtual workshops for prospective and current adoptive families
• Provide workshop materials and informational flyers
• Administer pre- and post-surveys to participants
• Provide quarterly reports on workshop metrics and survey results
• Design workshops to increase participants' understanding of topics
• Offer services in languages other than English (preferred)
• Collaborate on proposing additional relevant workshop topics
• Measure increased awareness and knowledge of participants through surveys
