Buyer is seeking proposals for Wide Area Network connections, including Leased Lit fiber solutions. The project involves implementing a 4GB Point-to-Point circuit and Point-to-Multi Point Ethernet service between multiple sites. Buyer requires minimum 1GB bandwidth connections, with some exceptions noted. The service provider must ensure network protocols support, maintain a 99.99% network availability, and provide 24/7/365 circuit monitoring. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions.

• 1/6/2025 - Questions Due
• 1/20/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Licensed in accordance with the law
• Hold valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN)
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide 4GB Point-to-Point circuit between main site and County Office of Education
• Implement Point-to-Multi Point Ethernet service between Collector Site and other sites
• Deliver minimum 1GB bandwidth connections to specified sites
• Install physical pathway for cable infrastructure (aerial or underground)
• Provide and maintain necessary Customer Premise Equipment
• Ensure network protocols support including TCP/IP, 802.1d, and 802.1q QoS
• Deliver Service Level Agreement with 99.99% network availability
• Provide 24/7/365 monitoring of circuits
• Include growth clause for potential bandwidth increases
• Complete installation and turn over circuits by July 1, 2025
