- Five years of experience with FileMaker database development within last eight years
- Three years of experience working with governmental entities
- Experience with PHP, HTML, HTTPS, and CSS
- Proficiency in server deployment and maintenance
- AWS or related server management experience
- Provide database hosting services on AWS or similar platform
- Perform regular maintenance, backups and version upgrades
- Provide data protection and security measures
- Offer technical support for Reuse database and agency application
- Develop and implement enhancements to improve system functionality
- Provide customer support during business hours
- Create and maintain formal documentation for the system
- Assist with data migration and transition if needed
- Conduct performance tuning and minor upgrades
- Respond to application bugs and website crashes
