The buyer is seeking proposals for E-Rate 28 (2025) Basic Maintenance services. This includes on-site technical support, maintenance of network equipment, support for VoIP systems, and maintenance of UPS equipment. The services are contingent upon Universal Service Funds for E-Rate 28 covering July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The buyer requires vendors to have certified Microsoft Engineers and Cisco certifications.

• Must have minimum of four local certified Microsoft Engineers
• Must have Cisco certifications including CCIE, CCNP, AVVID, and CCNA

• Provide on-site 24x7x4 hour technical support for E-Rate eligible equipment
• Maintain fileservers, network equipment, switches, routers, and eligible modules
• Support Voice over IP systems including VOIP telephony and Unity messaging
• Provide toll-free phone support hotline with monthly usage reports
• Perform basic maintenance on Cisco equipment including eligible services, parts and labor
• Maintain UPS equipment including service, parts and labor
