Buyer seeks proposals for E-Rate funded telecommunication services including SIP trunks, basic telephone, long distance, and point-to-point fiber circuits. Services must comply with E-Rate program rules. Vendor must have experience with school districts and provide training and support. Projects to be completed by June 2026.

• 1/20/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Minimum of three years experience in providing telecommunication services
• Provide three Texas school district references where services are currently being used
• Provide three equivalent technical support project references completed in last three years

• Provide Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) digital trunks
• Provide basic telephone services
• Provide long distance services
• Provide point-to-point Ethernet fiber optic circuits
• Complete all projects by June 30, 2026
• Provide 1-800 support hotline for questions and problems
• Provide necessary training to designated technology/campus staff
• Submit FCC Form 474 to ECISD for review before submitting to USAC
