The buyer is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Workforce Development Training Services. The training will focus on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the buyer's employees. Key areas of training include Diversity, Equity, Leadership Development, and Professional Development. The contractor will also be responsible for other training identified by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative.

• 1/9/2025 - RFP Pre-Bid Conference
• 1/13/2025 - Questions Due Date
• 1/20/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Develop and deliver training on diversity and equity
• Design leadership development programs
• Create professional development curricula
• Conduct needs assessment for employee skill enhancement
• Implement training evaluation and effectiveness measures
• Customize training materials to Events DC's organizational culture
• Facilitate interactive workshops and seminars
• Provide ongoing support and coaching for skill application
• Develop e-learning modules for remote training options
• Create train-the-trainer programs for internal capacity building
