Lifeline Charter School

Buyer seeks proposals for internet service provider services. The service should provide a minimum of 10GB bandwidth. Buyer requires internet access for all staff and students. The service should include necessary equipment, maintenance, and 24/7 availability. The contract will be for three years with two optional one-year extensions. Funding is dependent on the E-Rate program.

• 1/6/2025 - Questions Due
• 1/20/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/5/2026 - Service Start Date
• 6/30/2029 - Initial Contract End Date

• Licensed in accordance with the law
• Hold license qualifying to perform work in California
• Hold or acquire valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide internet services at 10GB or higher
• Connect all schools to Owner's Office for internet access
• Include electronic equipment for internet access and circuit monitoring
• Provide 24/7/365 internet access
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Provide physical connection from Respondent to Owner
• Deliver service to point-of-demarcation (MDF)
• Provide Single Mode Fiber connection hand-off
• Allow all TCP/IP protocols and specified network protocols
• Include costs for switching services from current provider
