The project involves rehabilitation/construction of approximately 1.25 miles of existing roadway. • Service locations within 60-minute drive of County facility
• MDOT prequalification in specified Construction Engineering categories
• MDOT prequalification in specified Construction Inspection categories

• Provide construction engineering and inspection services
• Conduct quality assurance sampling and testing of materials
• Measure and document quantities of work completed
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project records
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies, and the public
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations
• Conduct final inspection and project closeout activities
• Review and process contractor submittals and reports
• Maintain project files in accordance with MDOT guidelines
• Prepare final estimate and as-constructed plans
