• Perform construction engineering and inspection services
• Conduct quality assurance sampling and testing of materials
• Measure and document quantities of work completed
• Prepare progress payments and other project reports
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations
• Conduct final inspection and project closeout activities
• Maintain project files and documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies, and stakeholders
• Review and process contractor submittals and claims
• Perform soil erosion and sedimentation control inspections
