On-Call Aviation Consultant

The buyer is seeking proposals from Aviation Consulting firms to provide professional services at Frederick Municipal Airport. The selected firm will assist in implementing airport improvement and maintenance projects over the next five years. Services include planning, engineering, architectural, environmental, construction, property acquisition, and administration. The buyer requires assistance with State and Federal funding procedures and maintaining the Capital Improvement Program.

- Provide full-service aviation consulting on an on-call basis
- Comply with FAA, MAA, and COMAR regulations and criteria
- Assist with pavement rehabilitation and infrastructure projects
- Provide program management and building design services
- Prepare documentation for DBE goals and accomplishments
