The buyer is seeking proposals for internet services at 5Gbps or higher for their schools. The service provider must connect all schools to the buyer's office for internet access. The contract includes providing and maintaining necessary equipment, 24/7 internet access, and routing TCP/IP traffic. The service must allow specific network protocols and provide a Single Mode Fiber connection at the demarcation point. The project is dependent on E-Rate program funding.

• Licensed in accordance with the law
• Hold license qualifying to perform work in California
• Hold or acquire valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide internet services at 5Gbps or higher
• Connect all schools to Owner's Office for internet access
• Supply and maintain electronic equipment for internet access
• Provide 24/7/365 internet access
• Route all Owner's TCP/IP data traffic to the internet
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Provide physical connection from Respondent to Owner
• Deliver service to Owner's existing point-of-demarcation
• Provide Single Mode Fiber connection at demarcation
• Allow all TCP/IP protocols and specified layer protocols
