• Coordinate and lead Arkansas' Technical Advisory Committee
• Provide technical expertise on student assessment and accountability issues
• Support DESE with research study on K3 literacy screener validity
• Prepare white papers or original research to support DESE's work
• Organize and facilitate TAC meetings, both face-to-face and virtual
• Provide digital document sharing space
• Set meeting agendas and keep discussions on track
• Take meeting notes and share with DESE and TAC members
• Interact with internal work groups and advisory committees as needed
• Review submitted documents prior to TAC meetings
