- Implement and configure new networking equipment across designated sites
- Develop comprehensive migration strategy from existing to new hardware
- Conduct training for CTA staff on new network technologies and tools
- Provide project management services including planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Deliver complete project documentation including design documents and configuration guides
- Perform pre-deployment staging of all network components
