• Deliver Cisco NCS 540 routers for rail stations, substations, and signal houses
• Offer 5-year SMARTNET Total Care Service or equivalent
• Implement and configure new networking equipment across designated sites
• Develop comprehensive migration strategy from existing to new hardware
• Conduct training for CTA staff on new network technologies and tools
• Provide project management services including planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Deliver complete project documentation including design documents and configuration guides
• Perform pre-deployment staging of all network components
