The buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide vocational and educational services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities in Fresno County. The program aims to offer individual placement services and promote wellness through supported employment and education. It will be a collaborative partnership with the State Department of Rehabilitation and the Department of Behavioral Health. The goal is to create a recovery-oriented system where people with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders can achieve hope, healing, and a meaningful life within their community.
