Buyer seeks to establish an ongoing process for competitive pricing and high-quality contracted technical resources. Buyer aims to select vendors to provide qualified contracted technical resources at favorable rates. Services will supplement internal staff for computer programming, development, and application support. Buyer serves nearly 70,000 PK-12 students at 124 schools.

• 1/7/2025 - Pre-Proposal Meeting
• 1/13/2025 - Deadline for written questions
• 1/15/2025 - Answers to written questions posted
• 1/21/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Demonstrate minimum of five years experience providing services to K-12 clients
• Provide minimum of three current K-12 client references
• Demonstrate capacity to successfully perform as outlined in proposal

• Provide contracted technical resources for application development, programming, and support
• Perform computer programming, development, and application support services
• Supplement internal staff with competitively priced contracted personnel
• Provide resources billable for support services based on predefined hourly rates
• Collaborate with GCS staff to deliver specialized support for ongoing tasks
