The buyer seeks a Construction Manager as Constructor for the TNC Terminal Access Lanes project at Indianapolis International Airport. • Develop construction budget during preconstruction phase
• Develop overall project schedule and manage construction activities
• Conduct constructability reviews of project design
• Develop procurement plan and prepare bidding documents
• Issue bidding documents and award construction contracts
• Coordinate with Engineer/Architect of Record on submittals and approvals
• Develop and manage project safety program
• Provide Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at 75-85% design stage
• Coordinate with Owner and Engineer/Architect to schedule weekly progress meetings
• Maintain project directory of companies working on the project
