Buyer is seeking engineering services for the construction of a new Recreation Complex. The project includes building softball fields, a soccer field, concession stand, restrooms, driveway, sidewalks, and parking facilities. The selected firm will be responsible for design, permitting, construction oversight, and compliance with Federal and State regulations. The engineer must also manage Build America Buy America documentation throughout the project.

• 1/21/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Develop concept, schematic design, and design development documents
• Create permit drawings and 100% construction documents
• Provide construction oversight
• Obtain and maintain Build America Buy America (BABA) documentation
• Develop cost estimates for the project
• Prepare plans, specifications, and final design
• Conduct surveying for the final project
• Create bid documents and assist in bid opening
• Perform bid analysis
• Manage contractor performance and conduct inspections
• Prepare change orders and approve contractor's payment requests
• Submit all required reports and documentation to GA DNR
• Design three softball fields and one soccer field
• Plan concession stand and restroom facilities
• Design paved driveway, sidewalks, and parking facilities
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State contract provisions
• Coordinate with Georgia Department of Natural Resources
• Provide necessary documentation for the grant
• Certify BABA documentation at the end of the project
• Prepare final close-out documents
