Lifeline Charter School

Buyer is seeking proposals for internet services at 1GB or higher. The service should connect all schools to the buyer's office and then to the internet. The provider must include necessary equipment, maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 providers, and provide 24/7 access. The service must route all TCP/IP traffic and allow specified network protocols. The contract is for three years with two optional one-year extensions.

• Licensed in accordance with the law
• Hold valid license qualifying to perform work in California
• Hold or acquire valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide internet services at 1GB or higher
• Connect all schools to Owner's Office
• Include necessary electronic equipment for internet access
• Provide 24/7/365 internet access
• Route all Owner's TCP/IP data traffic to the internet
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Provide physical connection from Respondent to Owner
• Deliver service to point-of-demarcation
• Provide Single Mode Fiber connection at demarcation
• Allow specified Network Protocols
