• Prime proposers must have 5 years experience leading detailed design of multi-discipline public projects
• Prime proposers must have completed 3 waterfront projects, 2 in High Seismic Risk Zones
• Project Manager must have 5 years experience leading design of multi-discipline public projects
• Geotechnical engineering firm must have 3 years experience designing waterfront projects in High Seismic Risk Zones
• Structural engineering firm must have 3 years experience designing waterfront projects in High Seismic Risk Zones

• Prepare conceptual engineering reports and basis of design documents
• Conduct surveys and investigations
• Develop construction documents and cost estimates
• Provide environmental and regulatory permit support
• Offer design support during bidding, construction, and closeout phases
• Perform geotechnical, earthquake, and marine structure engineering
• Conduct coastal and utility engineering
• Provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services
• Assist with stakeholder and community engagement
• Develop an interpretive program for South Beach Project
