• Develop goals, policies, and objectives for the multi-modal transportation plan
• Inventory and analyze existing on-road and off-road pathways, bikeways, trails, and walking facilities
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of existing infrastructure
• Develop priorities and project recommendations for network gaps
• Focus on connecting neighborhoods with schools and key destinations
• Review primary corridors and intersections for congestion, speed, and safety
• Make recommendations on public transportation stops within Cheshire
• Provide recommendations for signage and wayfinding for designated routes
• Map existing and recommended bike and pedestrian walkways for GIS integration
• Identify potential funding sources to achieve plan goals
