The buyer is seeking proposals for a full internal network assessment including vulnerability assessment, internal network security assessment, and internal penetration testing. The project requires a detailed report of findings, recommendations, and remediation steps. The selected vendor will also provide a debrief meeting and presentation to key stakeholders. The project must be completed by June 30, 2025.

• 1/22/2025 - Bid Opening
• 1/22/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/3/2025 - Board of Education Review/Approval
• 3/4/2025 - Contract Begins

• Conduct vulnerability assessment of internal systems, applications, and infrastructure
• Perform internal network security assessment
• Conduct internal penetration testing
• Provide detailed report of identified vulnerabilities, risks, and criticality levels
• Deliver executive summary with high-level findings and recommendations
• Provide technical documentation outlining remediation steps for each issue
• Conduct debrief meeting with District Technology Services staff
• Present assessment results and action plans to key stakeholders
