• Review and provide input on project design at 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% milestones
• Develop recommendations for construction means, methods, safety and sequencing
• Provide cost estimates and value engineering input throughout design process
• Prepare and submit GMP proposal upon 90% design completion
• Provide full general contracting services for project construction if GMP agreed upon
• Solicit bids for subcontract packages
• Collaborate with City, Design Engineer and Owner's Advisor as part of Integrated Project Team
• Perform site investigations and constructability reviews to support risk management
• Engage specialty subcontractors as needed
• Potentially perform early work like long-lead equipment procurement
