• Ability to provide Payment and Performance Bonds for total contract value
• Maintain compliance with Florida Public Records Act

• Manage construction of Visioning Neighborhood Infrastructure and Access Road
• Relocate Ridge Road Pond
• Install erosion control measures and perform site clearing
• Construct stormwater management facilities and conveyance systems
• Build utility infrastructure including water, sewer, electrical, and gas
• Construct 2,150 linear foot access road with signage
• Coordinate with utility providers and onsite contractors
• Provide certified as-builts and maintenance of traffic
• Implement supplier engagement and development program
• Submit monthly subcontractor expenditure reports
