• Conduct testing and observation as specified in DOT Facilities project construction manuals
• Supervise lab and field services
• Inspect excavation and foundation bearing surfaces
• Test reinforcing steel and cast-in-place concrete
• Inspect compacted subgrade and fill
• Inspect reinforcing steel and concrete masonry unit construction
• Perform field testing of welds and high strength bolts
• Conduct concrete cylinder compressive strength tests
