• Structural repairs to wood piles, columns, rafters, beams, and chimney
• Remove and replace roof assemblies and gutters
• Repair or replace deteriorated doors and windows
• Restore interior flooring and ceilings
• Restore exterior elements such as porches, handrails, and light fixtures
• Address areas affected by water intrusion or environmental deterioration
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Preserve historical integrity throughout the restoration process
• Work in accordance with provided drawings
• Complete work under the direction of Martin County
