The buyer seeks proposals for two studies on the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail in Northern Virginia. • Experience with recreational trails planning
• Ability to service all aspects of contract with in-house resources
• Hold all relevant licenses
• Understanding of trail and public land development at local and regional scales
• Project experience in land use development planning and modeling

• Conduct wayfinding and amenities needs assessment for Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail
• Develop implementation plan identifying priority wayfinding and amenity sites
• Conduct climate resiliency assessment (Phase One) for trail corridor
• Compile climate hazard data and identify climate impacts on trail sustainability
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and gather feedback on assessment methodologies
