The buyer seeks to procure a Software as a Service (SaaS) Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and Prevention Data Reporting System. The system will serve providers and Single County Authorities that provide services to prevent and treat SUD and problem gambling. Its primary objective is to fulfill Treatment Episode Data Set reporting requirements under federal grants. The goal is to have an integrated, web-based system for streamlined data collection, collaboration, and reporting.

• Develop a SaaS system for SUD and gambling treatment/prevention data reporting
• Implement TEDS reporting capabilities for SAPTBG and SOR grant requirements
• Enable data collection from providers, SCAs, and other agencies
• Provide user-friendly reporting interface for all users
• Integrate existing disparate data collection systems
• Implement GPRA data collection and reporting to SPARS
